Franzoni Studio works across the fields of architecture, urban design and landscape architecture, creating projects that emerge from the integration of technical expertise, research and a deep understanding of their context.

Founded by architect Enrico Franzoni, the practice adopts a multidisciplinary approach to design. The practice works across a wide range of architectural and urban design disciplines, including residential and civic architecture, feasibility studies, urban regeneration and redevelopment masterplans, public realm design, heritage conservation and enhancement, as well as landscape analysis and assessment. Particular emphasis has been placed on innovative solutions in planned building maintenance, building quality certification, sustainable architecture and energy-efficient design.

The practice is made up of a multidisciplinary team of professionals with complementary expertise, capable of managing every stage of the design process, from initial concept through to project delivery. Architects, engineers, interior designers and BIM specialists work in close collaboration with a network of specialist consultants, forming a flexible, highly skilled team capable of responding to the specific requirements of each project.

Over the years, the practice has developed extensive experience working with both private clients and public authorities, always placing the client’s needs at the heart of every project.

Through long-standing collaborations with the Universities of Parma, Florence, Milan and Ferrara, Franzoni Studio remains actively engaged with the key challenges of contemporary architectural research, maintaining an essential balance between innovation and practical application.

Alongside its professional practice, Franzoni Studio is actively involved in institutional roles through appointments to planning and building commissions, as well as providing expert support to the Civil Protection Authority in the assessment of historic buildings, contributing to the governance, protection and sustainable development of the built environment.

More recently, through the Italian Chamber of Commerce, Franzoni Studio joined the Middle East Community, becoming a trusted design partner supporting Italian companies operating in the United Arab Emirates.
